The River Racers Coaching Staff
The coaching staff for the Des Plaines River Racers Swim Team has been carefully selected to meet the needs of the club. Our coaches are dedicated to working with swimmers no matter what level they are at to make them the very best they can be. We welcome and encourage any and all comments to be shared with the coaching staff in an effort to establish the best direction for the team.

Candidates shall have experience coaching or teaching with swimming programs and have the patience and drive to coach youth between the ages of six and eighteen years of age.
