GROUPINGS
Within Senior Racers, there will be multiple groupings and levels. Depending on the workout, the group may be further split to accommodate intensity, skill, and focus.

FITNESS CENTER The Senior Racers will participate in Fitness activities on Mondays and Wednesdays. Bring workout clothes to practice. Empshasis is placed on total body fitness with an introduction to weight lifting as part of the curriculum. Familiarity with body systems, workout routines, and safety is stressed. We will have a brief safety orientation and Coach Mike will discuss the program. |
